Shoe box Packing Party

Ridgeview Central School, La Crete
Everyone is welcome! What is it? The local OCC committee fundraises all year and buys school supplies, toys, hygiene items, etc and those, along with any donated items, are packed into new shoe boxes for kids in need around the world. You don’t need to bring anything, just show up and join the fun!

As shipping costs are now $10 per box, any donations for shipping costs are greatly appreciated!
Shoebox Collection Week is Nov 12-16! For more info on how to fill a shoebox for a child in need through Operation Christmas Child visit www.samaritanspurse.ca/occ. Empty shoebboxes and labels can be picked up at Ridgeview School in La Crete or at the Suds R Us Laundromat (behind Co-op) which is open until 11:00pm. Drop off your filled box at Ridgeview School by Friday, Nov 16th!
